I am thorough and my pressure levels are from 3-5, 1 being the lightest, and 5 being the deepest. Communication is VERY important to me, I can always adjust pressure at any time. Just let me know. Keep in mind that pressure is very subjective.

Deep Tissue - applying with mostly elbows and forearms with firm deep slow pressure, focused on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia

Swedish - long light, medium to firm gliding

Pain Management - customized planned sessions

Silk Bodywork - luxuriously slow and meditative myofascial treatment

Gua sha - Gua sha is applying friction to the body in order to increase circulation to the area using a heated muscle scraper tool

(Floor Based Assisted Performance Stretching) - improve range of motion, increase athletic performance, flexibility, reduce muscle tightness, decrease stress

Chinese Fire Cupping - treatment technique that places glass on the skin to enhance circulation, relieves pain
